At Faith and Gems, every order is a blessing we take seriously. Whether you're gifting a loved one or treating yourself, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please read through our shipping details below so you know exactly what to expect.
📦 Processing Time
Because many of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, please allow time for your item to be crafted with care before it ships.
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, special occasions), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and grace!
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
For example, an Economy order may take up to 15 business days from the date of purchase to arrive.
🌍 International Shipping
We are blessed to ship to customers in 27 countries around the world! International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL Express.

Please note: International transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, DHL, or the carrier assigned to your order).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
- We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers — please use a physical address when possible.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Faith and Gems is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
